NFC PLAYOFF RACE

STANDINGS RIGHT NOW

*=1st-Round Bye

THE NFC RACE

New York Giants (11-3) : Two tough games left for the Giants. Right now they are sitting a top the NFC with a better srength of schedule than the Rams. They need to also watch out for the Redskins who are nipping at their heels if they lose. Very boom or bust in the last two games, could win NFC or drop to the bottom of the wildcard.

St. Louis Rams (11-3) : With two games left, Nathan's Rams are tied for the best record in the NFC. This game against the Steelers really doesnt mean anything for the Rams beside a chance at home-field advantage.

Carolina Panthers (9-3-1) : A new owner who is unproven to this point. The panthers lost to the Falcons in week 14 but the Falcons lost in week 15. The Panthers need to win to stay at the top of the NFC South.

Chicago Bears (8-5) : Even without Cutler for the season I can't see the Bears losing any of their remaining games. They will win the NFC North

Washington Redskins (10-3-1) : A huge win against the top team in the NFC last week could end up being huge for Vexxum's Skins. With a Giants loss they could steal the top spot in the NFC and home-field advantage.

Atlanta Falcons (9-5) : All the Falcons had to do was beat teams they should have to lock up a spot in the playoffs. Of course they get upset by the Jaguars and keep the NFC race wide open. They need a loss by the Panthers and they hold the division lead. They have the tiebreaker between themselves and the Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys (9-5) : The Cowboys season comes down to one 32 minute game. If they beat the Giants in week 16 they are in, if they lose, they are out.

Philadelphia Eagles (8-5) : The Eagles could still suprisingly have a shot at that last wildcard spot. They have tiebreaker between them, the Cowboys, and the Falcons. However, they would need to beat the Cowboys and the Redskins. OUCH!
